Papers may address (but need not be limited to) the following topics;

1.Economic projections for the BRIC and EU countries.
2.The Scope for economic cooperation among BRIC countries.BRIC trade with EU.
3.Cayalysts & dampers in BRIC-EU cooperation.
4.BRIC complementarities vs traditional relations with the EU.
5.Can S&T cooperation among BRIC countries be encouraged along the EU model?
6.Energy and food security: biofuels, oil and solar energy.
7.The RIC in BRIC, India in the UN  Security Council and related strategic issues.
8.Is it feasible to make outer space a zone of peace?
9.Developing a culture of peace and cooperation.
