The B.A.(Programme) is a three-year undergraduate degree Course divided into six semesters in Arts and related subjects. This programme helps students to develop many skills like logic and analysis research, written and oral expression, theoretical and debate and construction of narratives. The programme curriculum includes theoretical and practical sessions allowing them to explore and expand their interests in historical living past, politico-administrative, socio-economic, leadership and modern cultures and civilizations.
The study of Arts/Humanities at the undergraduate level if pursued with vigour and dedication gives students the ability to work successfully in any setting that puts a premium on leadership, social understanding, analysis, strategic thinking, written communication and information gathering.
As per new structure and duration of undergraduate programmes proposed by NEP 2020, The B.A. programme will offer flexible and innovative curriculum with multiple entry/exit during this period, with appropriate certification, diploma and degree :
- A certificate after completing 1 year of study in chosen discipline.
- A diploma after 2 years of study.
- A Bachelor’s degree after a 3 year programme.
The structure of this program involves Major, Minor, Co-curricular and skill development courses. Student will choose three Major in the first four semesters and two major in fifth and sixth semester.
