Note on Seminar

The Seminar for PGDM students has been organized on the topic “ Sales Training and Business etiquettes” .The objective of this Seminar is to provide sales technique, Inside sales and inculcate soft skills (behaviour aspect while negotiations , business meetings) and decision making. The basic content of the Seminar was as below :
- Sales Training
- Introduction to customer- Sales situation and How to handle in different circumstances
- Handling objection
- Negotiation skills
- Meeting etiquettes
- Problem solving and decision making techniques
- Corporate etiquettes
Students were also participated in management games related with Negotiation skills and sales situation in various conditions.
